In-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. Made-to-order items may ship 4-5 weeks after payment. All pieces are shipped with UPS Express.

Customs, Taxes & International Orders

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Packaging

All Mosaic Art Orders are carefully packed to protect them from impacts during transportation and transfer operations through the hands of the couriers in charge.​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Returns

Since each piece is handmade glass mosaic art.Therefore returns are not accepted on custom-made orders and mosaic art orders.​​​​​​​​​
